The users of Legendary11 assure that they hold and own all the Intellectual Property Rights in the User's Content and that none of the material uploaded or posted by the users as a part of the User's content does not hurt or harm any of the third-party rights. The users also ensure not to use or display any of the names, logos, marks, labels, trademarks, copyrights or intellectual and proprietary rights of any third party associated with or present on Legendary11. The users further accept and agree that Legendary11, its directors, employees, affiliates and assigns holds harmless and unanswerable towards any and/or all sort of costs, damages, loss and harm, including towards litigation costs and counsel fees, in case of any claims made by any third party following the display or use of the names, logos, marks, labels, trademarks, copyrights or intellectual and proprietary rights on Legendary11, through the User's omissions.

The users of Legendary11 by accepting the terms and conditions permit Legendary11 and its affiliates, partners, licensors and associates a worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub-licensable licence to use, reproduce, create derivative works of, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, transfer, transmit, and/or publish Users' Content for any of the following purposes:

• Users' Content displayed on the Legendary11
• distributing Users' Content, either electronically or via other media, to other Users seeking to download or otherwise acquire it
• Storing Users' Content in a remote database accessible by end-users for a charge.
• This licence shall apply to the distribution and the storage of Users' Content in any form, medium, or technology.

Using this website, users agree to receive advertising, announcements, and administrative messages from Legendary11 and any partners, licensors, or associates.

USE OF Legendary11

The Terms of Use is an agreement between Legendary11 and all its subsidiaries, from here on referred to as the "Company" (the company could also be referred to as "Legendary11" "we", "us", "our" and other such adjectives), including its website www. Certain Legendary11 Services being provided on Legendary11 may be subject to additional rules and regulations set down in that respect. To the extent that these Terms and Conditions are inconsistent with the additional conditions set down, the additional conditions shall prevail. Legendary11 may, at its sole and absolute discretion:

• Change, suspend, or discontinue all or any part of the Legendary11 Services;
• Reject, move, or remove any material that a User may submit;
• Move or remove any content that is available on Legendary11;
• Deactivate or delete a User's account and all related information and files on the account;
• Establish general practices and limits concerning the use of Legendary11;
• Revise or make additions to the roster of players available for selection in a Contest on account of revisions to the registration of players involved in the relevant Sports Event;
• Legendary11 Assign its rights and liabilities to all User accounts hereunder to any entity. In the event any User breaches these Terms and Conditions, deactivate or delete the User's account and all related information on the account, delete any content posted by the User and take legal steps as it deems necessary.

Legendary11 shall, without delay, repay such platform fee in the event of suspension or removal of the User's account or Legendary11 Services on account of any negligence or deficiency.

• Any breach or failure by the User to comply with any of these Terms and Conditions; or any circumstance outside the reasonable control of Legendary11.
• The users consent to receiving announcements, administrative messages, and advertisements from Legendary11 or its partners, licensors, or affiliates.

THIRDS-PARTY SITES, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES

Legendary11.in may contain various links to other Internet sites owned and operated by third parties, which may have different terms and conditions for use. The Legendary11 authorities do not hold any control or responsibilities for internet sites apart from Legendary11.in. USER ACCOUNT CREATION & OPERATION

You should register on the Portal to use our Services.

By completing the Portal's online registration process, you agree to the Terms.

By registering on our Portal, you agree to receive all communication from us, including promotional messages relating to Matches through SMS, voice call, Email and Push Notifications. You may withdraw your consent by sending an email.

During the registration process, you will be required to choose a login name and a password and provide some other information that may not be mandatory. We reserve the right to verify your PAN from time to time and to cancel any prize should your PAN be found inconsistent in our verification process.

REGISTRATION

To register on Legendary11 platform users have to provide their own mobile number on which an OTP will be sent and once verified, it can log in.

In order to register for the Contest(s), Participants are required to provide the following information accurately:

• Date of birth
• Pin Code of Area of residence

The “Full Name” and “Date of Birth” mentioned by the user for verification should match with the Name and Date of Birth mentioned on all the documents required to be uploaded for verification purposes.

The people participating in activities, services or features provided by Legendary11 are required to provide their approval stating they have carefully read all the terms and conditions and comply with all the rules, regulations and terms of use of Legendary11.

The participants above the age of 18 and who have successfully completed their registration process by entering valid and adequate information in the registration form are sent a confirmation email containing their login details.

In the case of PAN card verification, any scanned image of a photocopy of the users’ PAN card will not be acceptable. For PAN card verification, it is mandatory to upload a full image of the original PAN card.

If you are uploading an E-PAN card for the PAN card verification process, it is mandatory to upload a full scanned image of the E-PAN card (both front and back).

CONTEST ENTRY

Users will be able to visit the Website and view the games available for entry (the "contests" or "Tournaments"). Each individual contest that is not free to enter has an entry fee listed in Indian National Rupees. When you select to participate in a contest and complete the entry process, the listed amount of INR will be debited from your Legendary11 account.

It is hereby clarified that to facilitate the offering of the services to the Users, Legendary11 seeks to offer two kinds of contests, the guaranteed league's contests and the non-guaranteed league's contests. While in the guaranteed league's contests, the conduct of the contest is guaranteed by Legendary11, subject to compliance with these terms and conditions. For the non-guaranteed league's contests, the requisite Users or any other enumerated is not fulfilled, Legendary11 shall have the right to cancel the contest and return the consideration to the Legendary11.

ACCESS OF SERVICE ISSUES

You are aware that any internet connectivity issues, disruptions due to your local internet environment, setup of software or hardware on your end are not controlled/corrected by Legendary11. Hence, the website/app will not be liable for any halts, breaks or interruptions in your usage of our services.

CONTENT AND PROMOTIONS

All Content and material on the Website/app, including but not limited to information, images, marks, logos, designs, pictures, graphics, text content, hyperlinks, multimedia clips, animation, games and software (collectively referred to as "Content"), whether or not belonging to Legendary11 , are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
