Refund Policy

1. In the event of a refund, once any amount is added to a user's account Legendary11, that amount cannot be refunded. It can only be used to register for the leagues, features, and contest(s) organised by the website.
2. Once a transaction has been confirmed by Legendary11, the individual using the services and features cannot cancel it. However, a user may request the cancellation of a transaction and a refund of the payment made by them to Legendary11 if such a request is received from the registered email address.
3. Legendary11 reserves the right to refund the transaction amount to the user in the above mentioned case at its sole and absolute discretion post deducting applicable cancellation charges and taxes. Further, amid the transaction process, the users should take note of the additional terms and conditions which significantly govern the transaction.
4. The terms and conditions defined in the added terms and conditions will prevail over the terms and conditions defined on the website. Refunds will only be applied to the amount of the membership fee, as deducted, and will be refunded to the wallet source provided by the website.
5. Due to unforeseeable circumstances, if the match gets cancelled, the user will be refunded the joining fee back to the Legendary11 wallet.
6. The refund is only applicable to the amount used to join any contest and shall be refunded to the Legendary11 user account source. A refund will be processed using the same payment method or financial instrument used for the initial deposit. Our internal review team will initiate refunds within 5-7 business days of receiving the request.
